I have always been interested in supporting people to live their best life. I started my professional career helping people through change before specializing in executive coaching. My coaching psychology study and practice was firmly founded in positive psychology but it was only when I undertook my Masters in Positive Psychology that I was able to truly recognize the gap between the science and people navigating their busy daily juggle of life. I just knew there was more to life and that everyone deserves to flourish. It fast became my mission to bridge the gap between the power of positive psychology and wellbeing science and the everyday lives of everyday people. I do this so that you can thrive and live you absolute best life.
